They dont notice a difference but pretend they do and continue with heavy nationalism The Belgians dont complain due to the war with the US Weaboos are very confused, and kinda scared. Indian refugee crisis becomes a major tension as the new empires of the Koreas lets them into Japan but not their homelands.
