The vast majority of shootings are not committed with these weapons. There are better ways to protect kids than infringing on people’s 2A.

Many of the most heinous shootings were enabled by them. It’s also worth asking the question of why do we need them? They’re completely unnecessary for self defense and pretty obviously not useful for hunting. If we ban grenades on the grounds of them being useless for self defense and more dangerous than they are useful then why not ban assault weapons?

The constitution speaks of a right to bear arms, not a right to own a tank or other military spec weapons
