I mean, the DHS has only existed since what, late 2002? pretty much all of ICE’s duties would be better off handed to other agencies. ICE cannot stay existing as it is now, it has been permanently poisoned at this point.

We still had border patrol and police would handle illegal immigration. We just created a new department
