I saw a TikTok and the comments we’re talking about how Americans aren’t no different from the people in Germany who watched the nazis commit atrocities and we condone what’s happening if we don’t do anything about the current administration (more below)

And it’s a terrible feeling I’m in my freshman year and I feel like what he said is true I feel like I’m contributing by not doing anything. How can I show I don’t support what’s happening as a 18 year old?

Join an organization. Be it your college’s YDSA chapter, some local political organization in your community, anything that’s getting people organized to resist the fascist takeover of our government. No individual can fight against this alone, get with other people of similar mind, that’s your first step.

I can't do anything. I have no money. No job. No experience.

i was a college freshman in 2016. i absolutely get it. we’ve been trying a lot for a while to no avail, but we’re happy to have you help keep the momentum with your generation. we have to keep the opposition’s voice loud. fascists can’t dance, use music against them. put up fliers, make noise, demonstrate alone with a sign and a speaker if you must - that’s what I did in 2020. just get it in front of people, let them know the opposition isn’t dead. they can’t kill ideas.
