In the genuine use of the term yes, terror and compliance is their goal. It scared me to see Omar continue her speech without first getting a medical examination given that the chemical she was attacked with is still unknown, but it gave me so much hope that we do have brave people out there who are unwilling to show fear in the face of these attacks.
