Not even trying to be funny but dosent New York, California, and Illinois all pay more than they they receive? How would this workout for Trump?

Trump is saying he is cutting off federal funding to Blue States. While I must admit Dems in the senate/Congress have lacked a back bone, Dem Governors have proven to have a little bit more bite. Economically, this is a war Trump will lose big time.
