truly it isn’t that hard. plus, in my head, someone actively avoiding immigration officials by hiding out and using fake socials would be “illegal” but someone who goes to work using an ITN who overstayed their visa but just was struggling through the process, or DACA kids, etc. would just be “undocumented” since their visa/documentation expired.
