What do you guys think the consequences of this are? I don’t think a large idle educated class would be aligned w/ the administration, but do you think that unemployment will make them more willing to compromise/less militant?

Upper management gonna realize they have no skilled workers to replace them and either 1) stay in the work force long past retirement age due to the sense of loyalty that was beat into them (not likely) or 2) industry collapses due to lack of skilled workers in literally any level

I really hope so lmao! Ur also right inasmuch as college grads aren’t the focus of the state e.g. to be hired by ICE. Not to be a college marxist but there’s such a sharp divide between educated ~bourgeois and the American lumpen/prole that it’s hard to imagine those college grads swinging right
