Just saying AI generated movies and tv shows are absolutely killing it abroad and in the Chinese markets. I keep seeing hellaaa new fully ai generated cdramas The rest of the world is fully adopting AI We will be left behind like the movie “The Creator”

The point of The Creator was that those AIs were fully sentient people who should be treated with human rights. Not that we use mindless algorithms who ARENT sentient to replace the effort and care it takes to create real art.

I don’t think they’re going to get there. But they haven’t achieved it yet regardless. The point of the creator was denying human rights to sentient beings. Not that everything we put in the extremely broad category of “ai” is good.
