He’s “taking down” someone’s argument about gender or something and then smiling but in a very fake way The face just means I don’t respect you at all

He does it after a “gotcha moment. ” it was when he wrongfully claimed fetus in Latin directly translated to “little human being” as a counterpoint to abortion not being murder.

I think he’s pulling a double definition because fetus in Latin does have meanings which include offspring, egg laying, bearing young, children of parent. He could’ve easily decided that the definition for child was “little human being” to be a snark.
