I would subscribe to that idea if it weren’t for the role that groups play in deciding morality. Any individual can think whatever it is they want but if it isn’t widely accepted then it isn’t considered moral

See my comment to #1: widely accepted. Much like how an individual can think whatever they want so too can the elites, it doesn’t change that the vast majority of society views those actions as immoral
