That didn’t entire world either since only 15% of employees have access to pension plans (ofc we have other employee sponsored retirement plans but only like 55% of Americans take advantage of them)

15% included all retirement benefit plans that would fall under pension like. Actual pension plans in the private industry are much much much lower
