America’s culture includes all the groups who have been coming here for hundreds of years. The Italians and the Irish and the poles didn’t erode American culture, they added to it. And Muslims have been here as long as we have been a country. Look up Yarrow Mamout and Bilali Muhammad. One was a formerly enslaved businessman in Washington DC, who the town of Yarrowsburg is named for. The other was an enslaved imam who defended the island he was enslaved on from the British in the war of 1812.
