It’s his right to choose not to be in that relationship and to express what his actions will be beforehand. You cannot make it illegal for someone to break up.

He’s not restricting her bodily autonomy. It is her choice whether or not to have an abortion. It is also his choice and his bodily autonomy to choose not to date someone for any reason.
