Israeli and Palestinian are both nationalities. Palestinians are mostly a mix of Levantine, Egyptian, Jordanian, and Syrian. Israel has a mix of Arabs, Mizrahis, sephardis, Ashkenazis, Levantine Christian’s, Druze, Bedouin, etc. The area has been inhabited and colonized many times over human history, so there’s a mix of many different ethnic and cultural groups
