Would you not consider that more authoritarian than terroristic then? That doesn’t necessarily meet the criteria for terrorism.

Eh I kinda just be throwing that word around at governments cause the US will use it for any middle easterner that went to Gitmo but I guess it's not super strictly terroristic by the definition, still violent and authoritarian though, and imo they are equally evil.
