I had a concerning conversation with them regarding Israel-Palestine. Very against the use of the term apartheid even though I feel I articulated the justifications very well.

Having a kind of wild convo with them right now. They have a fascinating belief that somewhere like Northern Ireland should not be allowed to leave the UK without the consent of the rest of the UK populace. Unless I’m misunderstanding them, they say separatist movements are only valid if they’re already politically repressed.
