I think this might work but you’d need to put enough fuel for the round trip journey plus some excess (in case of emergency ofc). Idk if sanctions would let you refuel in Cuba

But part of this is to bring attention to it also and (I assume) help out on the ground. Although if you argued it’s a bit performative I could see where you’re coming from. A boat from Mexico chartered by another organization is bringing like 6x the aid

This was all a private endeavor anyway. It just would have been far better both optically and practically to use those funds to send supplies instead of influencers
