The weather service sent out several warnings including the most severe warning possible an hour before it happened. At 5AM on one of the busiest camping days of the year, the 4th of July, the flood occurred. People were sleeping, and caught off guard. Instead of pointing fingers, have a bit of respect for those who lost their lives
