I mean, I think she was just making her best guess. Racist, yes, but that’s her job ig. The issue is that ICE saw that and then deported him, forced him to sign confession, threw him in jail, while selectively ignoring so much evidence that would stop the deportation

He is half Puerto Rican, but he didn’t speak Spanish at all; they had to fabricate a LOT of evidence to get him deported fr
