What crime was Renee committing by being in her car on the street she lives on when ICE pulled up on her block, she tried to leave the area to not interfere, saw they started cutting in front of her so she waved them forward. Like literally what crime was she committing

To get shot at THREE TIMES when the DHS policy is to not EVER shoot the driver of a moving vehicle. One in the windshield, two in the side. I don’t care about whatever defense for lethal force you can come up with, this was a fucking murder. Then the guy LEFT THE SCENE, her body was taken and now the FBI is refusing a joint investigation on her death. Next thing you know, it will be ruled “a self inflicted wound by all coroners who observed the body.” Can’t make ts up.

Wow didn’t know about the DHS policy to not shoot the driver and looked it up, you’re right. It’s a policy for all law enforcement: police, federal agents, etc. More so, according to AP you can only shoot if the vehicle is coming straight at you and you CANNOT jump out of the way, I.E. if you’re able to jump out of the way of a moving vehicle then you are unauthorized to use gunfire as it negates possibility of the driver being able to kill you (the only time gunfire is permitted)

Yup. Which means either a. That this guy is completely untrained in law enforcement, as we already know ice agents generally are, b. That he just didn’t give a fuck, or c. That they’re starting to use lethal force more often as a terror tactic. As of today 2 more people were shot, idk fatally or not, in Portland by federal agents. Starting to become a theme.

Certainly making ME feel safer from those immigrants that are sowing rampant chaos on our city streets… GTFO of here. The fucking mental gymnastics required to deny literally years of overwhelming red flags and definitive legal and literally just PERCEIVABLE evidence can’t be undone. This violence is the litmus test for the cult. Anyone who sides with ICE on this one isn’t coming back to reality from a debate, regardless of the evidence. The lines are drawn, unfortunately.
