
Idk there’s not really any more specifics I can go off of to really steel man it, or tear it down. But it’s generally ill advised to replace a very consistent and very predictable tax scheme (like property taxes) with a more variable inconsistent scheme (like corporate taxes). Also capital flight is very often a meme argument but in this case I would be concerned. Wisconsin has very little agglomeration or pull/retaining factors to speak of. Maybe UW-Madison I guess?
