I am so tired of conservatives acting like DEI initiatives led to the hiring of unqualified candidates. That’s not a thing and if you think it is a thing that’s the racism inside of you coming out.

They genuinely think DEI is a company going “Oh golly! We need a pilot to fill out diversity quota! You there! On the street! Wanna fly a plane??”

They’re just jealous people of color tend to be more ambitious and successful than them. They feel the need to excuse our accomplishments by stating DEI as the reason, when in reality the reason is because we outperform and outcompete.

We have to stop this because it gives the thinking that DEI is for unqualified candidates. The administration are nepo hires. DEI would have saved us from the most incompetent administration of all time

This! Like how they claimed that Kamala Harris was only on the ballot because she’s a black woman, like no she’s the most qualified presidential candidate in us history
