What the fuck is “unfair trade”? We don’t have “open borders”, we have a problem with the asylum seeking process which you’ve probably never even heard of until now. You don’t want solutions. You want easy. Lazy fucking American.

An example of unfair trade would be something like Insulin in the states. Difficult to quantify objectively. For example a 2,153% markup for something that’s very inelastic- meaning no matter what they charge for it, people will have to buy it from them due to copyright laws. This may be because of natural monopolies like with oil, Super-PACs that lobby for monopolist-friendly laws, etc.

It’s difficult to quantify objectively what “unfair” means but yeah. Most Americans agree that insulin (at least pre-Biden’s price cap) was an example of ridiculously unfair trade due to monopolies and lack of substitutions (e.g, you will die without insulin and cannot substitute it for other items)

Insulin is a 2153% markup. PREMIMUM insulin is. The good shit. It’s like getting mad that you can’t afford a Ferrari and have to buy an Accord instead. By the way, that’s not what ANYONE means when they say “unfair trade”.
