“Idealistic” you have never read Marx and it’s shows, materialism is the basis of his work. Guns are not evil, objects do not possess intention, your qualm is with the oppressors who have used guns as a tool of oppression and violence, but they can just as equally be a tool for liberation.

Guns are the best equalizer for the proletariat, there is more firepower in the hands of the elite, but there are far more of us. If we are well armed we are unstoppable united.

Those “things” aren’t evil in an of themselves, what is evil is when they are used or threatened to be used on the masses. Besides political power grows from the barrel of a gun, is your solution that no one but the bourgeois and their lackeys in power should have them?

You don’t realize it but your rhetoric is just as much a contributing factor to the rise of fascism as the fascists out marching in the street. The white liberal and his vapid preaching of nonviolence serves only the oppressors, while the oppressed are expected to sit there and take it based on some horse hit idealism.

I wasn’t just talking about me, but the masses of people in this country oppressed based on their race, class, and gender, and around the world the people oppressed and murdered by US imperialism, slaughtered in ways your feeble and coddled mind couldn’t even imagine as someone who lives in the imperial core. Clearly you are the one with a twisted idealism that has clouded your view of this country.

They don't give wealth away, to actually get the bourgeoisie to listen and to be abolished will require violence. The oppression of the proletariat is violence, insurance refusing coverage is violence, oil companies refusing to let better and cleaner alternatives become an option is violence, the only way to stop the bourgeoisie is through violent means. The Bourgeoisie won't give up their arms, neither should the proletariat.
