bc all I can find are references to Biden’s 2021 anti-domestic terrorism policy which were criticized as potentially overbroad. while im inclined to agree, clearly “this has good intentions but could be weaponized toward bad ones” is different than “here is a list of my opponents. They’re terrorists now”

thank you! I’ll take a look at this. At first glance the categories appear to be an attempt at both-sides-ism (note that the abortion section lists both pro-life and pro-choice violence). I’m not saying I agree with it, but it is not the same thing as what the Trump administration is trying to do

especially taking into account clauses like this, which are notably absent from current admin rhetoric

Also notice that civil disorder is NOT categorized as terrorism. They are also like #1 pointed out attempting to have non-partisan takes on what Domestic Terrorism is which is what the current administration is not doing.
