my parents had me at 38 and 37. i would much rather them have had me at this age, even with health risks, than to have me at a younger age and be immature and raise me poorly because they weren’t emotionally or financially mature enough. also you sound like someone who learned about epigenetics from a single tweet or article or *maybe* one class session and just ran with it without bothering to learn more
