You don’t have to like the facts, it doesn’t change that they’re the facts. What ACTUALLY happened is that after illegally annexing crimea, Russia sent unmarked soldiers into the east, and funding to pro-Russian separatists groups in the Donbas, hoping that they could kick off enough of a rebellion to support the eventual annexation of the entire province. The “ethnic cleansing” you’ve been deceived into believing, was Ukraine fighting back against a Russian-backed insurgency.
