1. he was a registered gun owner and had a permit for concealed carry 2. he didn’t obstruct anything he was directing traffic past the ice officers did not interfere w there jobs 3. where is the disorderly conduct cause it didn’t get that way until the officers jumped him and tackled him to the ground 4. you are fully within your rights to record law enforcements so u just made that up and even then THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KILL PEOPLE
