I don’t think she was intentionally impeding law enforcement, but let’s say that she was. Impeding federal law enforcement has a MAXIMUM of 20 years in jail for very serious offenses, but it’s usually either a fine or 1 year. NOT THE DEATH PENALTY.

She didn’t deserve it, but that’s not how self defense works. It isn’t punishment, it’s about reasonable belief that your life is in danger

Now read the part where I said that getting hit by a car going 4mph isn’t gonna kill you. Hell, even school zone speed limits are 15mph+. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to feel like their life is in danger because a car is going vaguely in their direction at 4mph. That’s in no way life threatening. That’s a normal walking speed. The ICE agent literally could’ve just taken a couple steps to the side if they really wanted to get out of the way.
