Congress has access to them. Leon Black was supposed to be deposed specifically against Bank of America for processing over $170M in funds toward trafficking victims… but now he gets to walk away without going under oath bc Bank of America got to settle out of court…. U.S. Senate Committee on Finance talked about it. Leon Black is tied to Apollo, a global mgmt firm, and he “retained” Epstein for “tax and real estate advice” …

Oooohhh I see, thanks. Yeah Apollo is basically one of the 25 biggest PE firms (KKR, a Swedish company called EQT, and Blackstone are at the top)
