thank you!!! the whole “evil people are inhuman” thing never sat right with me because a) it kind of absolves them of the atrocities they commit and b) it makes it seem like there’s nothing that can be done to prevent people like this from taking power

Dehumanization is a form of propaganda against an enemy. If that’s what it takes for Centrists and Republicans to finally wake up and see the rich as their enemy, it’s not the worst conspiracy to push. Also side note, but western dragon mythology can be interpreted as revolt against a tyrannical ruler. Hoardes of gold/silver (money), destroying towns, the hero becomes the new king, it’s textbook revolution
