If we elect Gavin newsom or Kamala after trump this term, we are fully cooked dude. Gives GOP another four years to build up power. If there are no viable democratic candidates, I think a trump win in 2024 might be better for the country long term…

We need a real, transformative democrat. An ACTUAL populist not just someone using populist rhetoric to win people over. Like Mandani but not mamdani. We need the ENERGY of mamdani really bad, otherwise we’re probably cooked

She’s honestly not what I’m looking for either rn. She’d be a lot better, I’d trust her a lot more, but honestly the way she’s been behaving the last few years isn’t selling me. She’s doing the Bernie strat. And, as much as I feel the Bern every day of my life, the Bernie strat fucking failed multiple times

AOC is an appeaser & inefficient congressional tactician, repeatedly routed & relegated by Pelosi, leaving her coalition destroyed. So far, I personally don’t see the makings of a formidable executive that can actually deliver for the ppl in her. Bernie doesn’t have the killer political instinct, nice guy, and he got some carve outs under Biden so he’s not wholly ineffective, but you need stronger follow through to have genuine political revolution in the dems. Dems need a tea party
