What sucks is there’s an important conversation to be had about how the United States government used a national tragedy to manipulate its populace into supporting outright imperialism, but conspiracy theories like this completely detract from it.

Did they capitalize on this tragedy? Absolutely. Is there increasing evidence that they may have seen it coming beforehand? Well yes. Did they STAGE it? Lmao no way. It’s one of those things where people are allergic to nuance and weren’t paying much attention to the before and after, I think

Osama bin Laden was a documented CIA asset

I think this attack is essential Bush finding a wallet on the ground and then keeping it. Saying that it was orchestrated means that George Bush and various federal government agencies would’ve needed to be competent and coordinated enough to keep a false flag attack on American soil a secret. There’s literally no way

Idk, I think the fact that the pentagon reported 2.3 TRILLION dollars missing on 9/10 is a little too convenient

Bin Laden was a CIA asset, Howard Lutnick conveniently misses his first day of work at the towers on the morning of 9/11, terrorism insurance policy taken out two weeks before the attacks, and the U of Alaska Fairbanks Tower 7 Report which shows an office fire could not have led Tower 7 to collapse the way it did

First missed day of work at the towers* not his first day

And the CIA has numerous declassified documents where they admit to planning to commit terrorist attacks and blame political enemies for it. It’s not outside the realm of possibility that this is one that made it out of the drawing board

EXACTLY. Like I’m certainly not saying they did enough to prevent it, or that they even would have had a problem with staging it on a moral level. The simple fact is that it is not fucking possible to stage something like this

It’s actually fairly easy for one of the worlds largest governments to stage a terrorist attack? Like there’s a whole term for it? False flag attacks have happened all throughout history, absolutely nothing stops the government from sending a few planes into a few buildings

And honestly I lost family in 9/11 even tho I never really met them, and hearing people fly off and away with conspiracy theories instead of focusing on the true failure of the government in response to this event really gets my goat a lil bit. I want proper justice for the victims and to acknowledge the truth of the matter, not for people to fly off and away with conspiracies

The thing you referenced about WTC 7s collapse has people suggesting that it was a controlled demolition that was implemented weeks beforehand. Conspiracies have become a lot more than “a few planes in a few buildings”

Okay but… if they were gonna stage a false flag operation, why do something so fucking stupid? You’re telling me they put their heads together and came up with the loudest, most destructive, hardest to cover up operation possible, while ALSO implementing it in a way that compromised the trust many had in the government and made them look like incompetent idiots? Come on dude.

Was it stupid, though? It worked, didn’t it?

The true failure that caused 9/11 to happen was an intelligence breakdown causing the government to ignore multiple warning signs, and a systematic failure of airport security at the time. The disaster response to 9/11 was shamefully slow leaving thousands to get sick from Ground Zero exposure, and they capitalized off the tragedy of losing thousands for their own agenda. That’s PLENTY to criticize them for and it’s all things that are proven to have happened.

There are many many holes in this but truly one of the biggest is the insinuation that the bush government would be competent enough to fake this. The same goes for modern claims of false flags against Trump. Y’all think they could fake an assassination without Hegseth leaking it via telegram? No way.

Why would Rumsfeld publicly announce it missing the day before if the intent was to cover it up. If it was covering it up just don’t announce it.

How does this prove anything? Why would the pentagon announce this the DAY before the attack in the federal government was the entity that had planned it? Something being “a little too convenient” is not legitimate evidence of ANYTHING, and this “evidence” crumbles under basic scrutiny.
