The ruling class largely relies on Israel to destabilize the region for profit and for extraction. And to push US (western hegemony) so that other counties can’t have sovereignty. Rich ppl who aren’t necessarily a part of the ruling class model these ideals bc at the end of the day they’re trying to become part of the 0.1% and see themselves as the heroes of the world. Poor and colonized ppl are a lot more likely to sympathize with a state facing ongoing repression and genocide hence why most of
