The speculation isn’t from him not making appearances. It’s from discrepancies such as two *yearly* checkups, lack of communication on stuff like his hand bruises, and his being in news cycles constantly creating many embarrassing moments. He feels a need to stay in headlines and runs on the Wolf of Wall Street idea of “any publicity is good publicity”

Not to mention, “cognitive tests” at that age are generally not IQ tests or anything that would indicate heightened intelligence. It’s a dementia test. I wouldn’t be boasting about needing a test like that at all, let alone multiple.
