Fr I feel like any macOS user would not glaze windows like that they’d just be apple glazers The only people who would even bring up Linux in the conversation … are Linux users

Eh that's kind of a stupid generalization. I primarily use macOS especially for audiovisual work, but I use windows for programming, and Linux for deployment.
