The same thing we do with rapists and murderers that aren’t immigrants, straight to jail. We could deport them too, if they end up going to jail back in their native country. Important thing is they end up behind bars tho

It’s not a criminal offense to be undocumented and actively crossing a border is a misdemeanor. No jail time is necessary for that

We’re not really talking about you going to other countries tho are we? So idk what else would happen in the US besides death row? but that’s been outlawed in like half the states so it depends on where you commit the offense. Most often times you will be going to jail tho

Committing criminal acts even as an undocumented individual means you’re subject to US laws the same as everyone else it just means you might be deported as well

Death row for rape and murder is perfectly plausible, tho I don’t personally support the death penalty. Idk what all that has to do with illegal immigration tho since everyone is subject to the same laws lol

If you’re on US soil you’re subjected to the same rights and laws as everyone else, so sorry you don’t think people deserve constitutional rights based on circumstance even tho we’re all in the same country 😔
