Multiple things, 1. Barrett has consistently been more moderate than Kavanaugh and Roberts 2. Barrett is also a woman 3. Everyone is ignoring Gorsuch’s Dissent which honestly was barely even dissenting. He essentially said children of illegal immigrants should be citizens, but children of birth tourists are not.
