There is a definition and difference in starving versus malnourished. Both are bad, but one is significantly more extreme. Food, deserts exist, not debating that, but saying kids are starving to death and that we have money for war or feeding is just wrong. We don’t have money for either. We’re not just broke. We’re in the negative, and we’re all going to be starving and our grandkids won’t have this nice country to develop if we can’t figure out how to budget.

Abortion is healthcare all the time, pregnancy has a risk of death for a women no matter what. Pregnancy will also shift a women’s mental health, I would much rather a women be mentally stable and abort a fetus rather her have an unwanted pregnancy with an obtaining a mental illness. It is healthcare all the time. We should not judge women on what they do with their own bodies. It is not for us to control.

I’m not saying it’s morally the right option but especially with the economy and not being able to fund the starving kids right now that we have. I’d rather woman do what’s best for their own bodies and make their own choices and once our government changes and we can fund the starving kids, I’d change my stance a bit.

In the US? Or in Africa? I know many of our people cross the poverty line and are hungry. I don’t know that it goes into extreme poverty or starvation.

Don’t put words in my mouth first of all. I said they were starving not starving to death but both could be true at the same time. I said they were starving 1 and 5 children in West Virginia are starving and trump said we couldn’t keep funding the food pantries that let these poor innocent kids eat, but we have plenty of money for war.

If by staving you mean they’re malnourished then that’s maybe true. You can just clarify what you mean lol I’m not trying to put words in your mouth. Starving to death is usually the implication of starving.

My understanding of it is usually when people say starving they mean not enough food. Malnourished to me means the wrong kind of food/not enough.

I could see there being two definitions of malnourished, however, “ starving to death“ and “ starving“ seem one and the same.
