I get what you’re going for here but Israel does not have a legitimate claim to its land. This is a poor comparison. To treat Israel fairly would he a complete and secular government overhaul, or the dissolution of the state in its entirety. Israel is not a people, it is a nation. Jews are people, not a nation.

While legitimacy has been the entire argument for the past century, I still don’t even know if that matters anymore. If dissolving Israel and its government off the map is the solution, I guess I just don’t understand what that path looks like, especially if the people(Israelis) don’t want it.
