Being around kids isn’t pedophilia. Playing a sport with kids isn’t pedophilia. Sexually assaulting kids and talking about kids in a sexual way is pedophilia. Also, why do conservatives see kids playing soccer and immediately think about sex?

The Koran is an Arabic text and it can be complicated to translate words from languages with different writing systems. You can’t really say that there is a correct way to romanize the word Quran so you can use any of the three most popular and no one will really care. It’s the same with Hanukkah/Chanukah in Hebrew.

i considered that after the fact actually, like “arigato gozaimasu” is just the romanized version of ありがとうございます
