I mean Tbf her husband maintains that he didn’t do what he’s accused of doing and was advised to plead guilty anyway, he was like 15 at the time. He also served his time and hasn’t offended since. I don’t think marrying someone like that means you’re a bad person, she certainly understands the nuance more than we do

He also 1. Failed to register as a sex offender as per his conviction 2. Was sentenced to further house arrest for violating parole 3. Him and Nicki were sued for harassing his victim to recanting her accusations 4. Yeah so whether or not her husband committed this crime isn’t really up for debate. He’s a rapist who refused to register as a sex offender and got surprised that was a problem. I don’t really care if you’re 16 when you rape somebody with a weapon up against her head. Not being a pedophile doesn’t absolve you of a violent rape. I mean by every definition of the word yes it is up for debate. First of all the guilty plea and subsequent prison sentence was for attempted rape, not rape. Second, he maintains that he did not rape her but instead pleaded guilty because as a 16 year old he thought that was the best thing to do. I’m all for believing victims and holding people accountable but the facts do matter here

Throwing money at charities (none of which are lgbtq btw, idk where you got that from), does not undo the detriment of actively supporting rapists and harassing their victims into complacency 30 years after the assault AND conviction of said assault
