The judicial branch is allegedly the last line of defense against authoritarianism by determining if laws/EOs are unconstitutional. Clearly they have neglected their duty to serve the American people

Constitutionally, they can issue a writ of mandamus which compels the executive to carry out whatever actions are in the writ In reality, absolutely nothing, the executive controls the military
