He wasn’t resisting law enforcement. First, he wasn’t resisting. There’s video evidence of such. Second, resisting what? Detainment? He’s not undocumented. Arrest? He didn’t commit a crime. Third, ICE is not law enforcement. They don’t have the authority to arrest people for committing crimes.

You are literally describing the behavior of the ICE agents. You’re actually explaining why the VICTIM would be justified in using his concealed carry weapon—that he no longer had on him because they disarmed him before anything else.

What was he resisting? Lawful arrest? No. He wasn’t. He wasn’t being lawfully arrested because ICE has no authority to do that. I have to believe you are a troll.

ICE is not law enforcement. Never will be. He was not impeding their operations by recording, which is on video. So ICE had no authority to detain him either. Move on.

I get my information from the ACTUAL LAW. ICE cannot arrest people for committing crimes. They have the authority to detain people for deportation. NOTHING MORE.

Attorneys are also sworn in, still not law enforcement. Citizens also facilitate arrests. Not law enforcement. Even if you classify ICE as law enforcement they aren’t police. Police are the only “law enforcement” that can arrest US citizens.

ICE can only detain people for civil immigration law enforcement. I could drive 120mph while smoking crystal meth, with 7 illegal firearms, 2 illegal fish, and 3 dead bodies in the car and they couldn’t say shit because I’m a US citizen with papers. That’s the way the law is supposed to be.

Dude the ice agent was the one who pistol whipped the victim. He had only been trying to help a woman who just got pepper sprayed. They pistol whipped him and disarmed him and THEN decided to empty their clip into him.

Nearly eight people jumped on him, another agent took his gun and for some odd reason - after hitting him, shoving him to the ground, and pistol whipping him, they shot him over ten times. So you admit pistol whipping someone is self-defense enough to fire? Because the guy who got shot was the guy who got pistol whipped. Have you seen the video? An ICE agent shoves a woman, the victim ran over to help her. When ICE agents immediately swarmed them, he tried to protect the woman with his body. It was then that they were both pepper sprayed, he was thrown on the ground and held down by 6 people, and then shot

They didn’t even KNOW he had a gun on him until he was already immobilized on the ground. You can literally hear a guy in the video go “he has a gun!” after everyone is on top of him and his hands are behind his back. At no point did the guy reach for the gun before he was tackled to the ground, which is why they had no idea he even had one until after the guy was defenseless. Gun was taken away, THEN they shot him while holding him down.
