The labor theory of value and socialism predate Marx. Marxism is far from the only flavor of socialism. They used the word privatization, but it’s a bit of a misnomer. Those entities were not private in any substantive way.

Those “private” banks were fully controlled by the nazi party. They weren’t private in any real sense.
