I always thought it was ridiculous, because the entire reason it was written was to be able to defend yourself against the government. And I’ve always been like “well, the military has bombs and tanks and drones and a billion dollar budget, what’s a 0.45 going to do. The right to bear arms isn’t relevant anymore” but I stand corrected and I give it to you guys
