There is a middle ground between not guilty and false accusations. Just because they couldnt prove it happened, doesnt mean it was always proved it didnt happen.

i’ve also found a lot of people who think it was a “false allegation” are actually just incredibly ignorant on the legal elements of that crime. for example, men who do not understand they SAed someone because they do not understand consent.
