Personally I don’t understand this whole “white people are being discriminated against” because who is discriminating against white people? Majority of positions of powers are held by white peoples. Are white people discriminating against themselves?

Literally every university? Literally thousands of employers? Like, they bragged about doing it for 30 years until it became illegal again what are you talking about?

The Harvard lawsuit? Also read anything these institutions were writing about how they hired/admitted from before 2023-4 they were extremely open about it. I can’t tell you how many jobs and grad programs I applied for and got rejected for that explicitly stated “preference given to women and underrepresented minorities”.

Brother if you are speaking about Affirmative Action understand that white people benefited the most from it. It was a needed policy regardless because it addressed the many disadvantages caused by centuries of unfair treatment against minorities. Also white people are still more likely to get hired than a black person for the same skill level? A white person with a criminal record is more likely to get hired than a black person without one. There are hundreds of studies that disprove your point
