“it’s not your body” it is directly attached to my body while in one of my organs…. it is my body.

It’s literally not though. It is a distinct person with its own body.

If it had its own body, it wouldn’t need somebody else’s to survive.

cool, then take it out of the other persons body when the other person wants it. Or sever the umbilical cord, easy peasy.

well it is its own body, and needs you to survive because it is in a state of development that requires your nutrients. Why are you upset with a natural human process?

I swear you people act fucking stupid on purpose. A parasite is a definitionally a member of a different species and one which contributes nothing to the wellbeing of the host. Children are neither of these things, at least not if you raise them right and they behave according to natural human norms.

A fetus is not a child. What the fuck is a ‘natural human norm’? What about the human implications of the pregnant person? Maternal mortality has risen 2x as high in states where abortions were banned. Texas rose 56% in maternal deaths since roe v wade was overturned. Does the hypothetical life of a fetus override the life and wellbeing of the woman?

Do you understand how stages of development work?

It’s not attached? At all? So I guess the umbilical cord is nonexistent? What about my uterus? Does it don’t develop in my uterus?

Most abortions occur by the end of the first trimester (13 weeks). Viability with a decent chance of survival doesn’t occurs into at least 23-24 weeks gestation.
